Laura Loughlin, Owner and Recruiting Manager
After starting out as an administrative assistant at Architectural Digest in Manhattan, Laura Loughlin found her vocational footing working her way up the ladder at recruiting firms. Those beginning years showed her how rewarding it felt to help others, and she decided to turn it into a long-term career choice. Ten years later, however, when the last firm she worked for closed its White Plains branch, Loughlin found herself out of a job. She was faced with a huge decision – to work for another firm or go out on her own. Laura opened Loughlin Personnel’s doors in 1998, and it was successful from the start. Now as a wife and mother of two girls, she continues to help people at one of the top Personnel Agencies in Westchester County, and could not be happier with her decisions. Leigh Ann Willsen, Recruiting Manager
Leigh Ann’s career path began as an Administrative Assistant at McCann Erickson in NYC. Shortly thereafter, she moved into an Executive Assistant role with Sentinel Real Estate in NYC working for the President. After leaving there and taking a five-year sabbatical as a stay-at-home mother, Leigh Ann returned to work as a Recruiter at a Personnel Agency where she would meet Laura Loughlin. Over 20 years later, they are still working together at Loughlin Personnel, with strengthened bonds. Eileen Nealon, New Business Development
After spending 10 years at L’Oreal in NYC as an Executive Assistant in Human Resources, Eileen Nealon decided to work from home as an Independent Demonstrator for a scrapbooking company while raising her two children. She then joined the retail industry at Ann, Inc. as a Co-Manager responsible for the store’s goals through recruitment, on-boarding, coaching and motivation for 8 years. Taylor Spangler, Recruiting Coordinator
Immediately after completing High School in the course of three years as an industrious student, Taylor began her career path with determination. She began working as an Administrative Assistant part-time at a doctor’s office, while volunteering full-time in an Bible education work in the local area and overseas helping English and Italian-speaking people. Looking to grow professionally, she began working part-time at Loughlin Personnel as the Recruiting Coordinator, while continuing to volunteer, recently starting to assist Vietnamese-speaking people.
